Manor Spa is currently the only Spa in Manchester to have the Soprano XL – which loosely translates as pain-free (!!) hair removal. All lasers and IPL treatments hurt – it’s a similar feel to an elastic band being flicked against your skin- and whilst the Soprano is still very powerful, it works by removing the hair without pain and feels just like a massage!
