How Long Will The Treatment Take?
Vitalize Peel® will normally take about 40 minutes.
What Should I Do After My Peel?
- For at least a week after your peel, your skin will be more sensitive to sun exposure. Help protect your skin by avoiding prolonged periods of time in the sun, and use an SPF 30.
- Avoid heavy exercise for 2 to 3 days after the peel, as perspiration may interfere with the peeling of the skin.
- Use only a gentle cleanser and do not have any other facial treatments for at least a week after the treatment.
- Do not encourage the peeling yourself, the less you touch it the better.
When Can I Schedule My Next Peel?
The Vitalize Peel® is mild enough for a patient to have a treatment every two weeks. Ask your therapist when to book your next peel, it may vary depending on your skin type.
