How does  micro-dermabrasion work?

Micro-dermabrasion is a treatment that uses a strictly controlled flow of medical grade, fine crystals across the skin.  The crystals are then vacuumed away, taking with it the top of layer of dead skin cells.  This exfoliating treatment, exposes the new, living cells resulting in smoother, younger, clearer skin.  As well as the exposure of new cells, micro-dermabrasion also awakens the deeper epidermis, which in turn kick starts your own, natural collagen production thus improving your resistance to future ageing.

How long does micro-dermabrasion take?

Generally, a micro-dermabrasion treatment will take less than thirty minutes, however, this can vary depending on the area that is being treated and the skin condition.
