What kind of results can I expect?
After your treatment, you will see it’s maximum effect after 12-14 days. A single treatment may last from 3-4 months, but with repeated treatment, these effects can last longer.

Are muscle relaxing injections right for me?
Botulinum toxin muscle relaxing injections are not recommended during pregnancy or breast feeding and are not recommended for anyone with a neuromuscular disorder. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact one of our doctors.
What to expect during treatment with botulinum toxin
- You will first have a consultation with your doctor to determine which muscle should be injected in order to gain your desired result.
- The treatment itself will only take a few minutes and uses a very small, fine needle. Most patients do not report any discomfort, but some patients may report very minor and temporary discomfort at the time of injections.
- Any minor swelling or redness near the injection sites will normally disappear after 30 minutes or so.
Botox injections have been used for 10 years, safely and effectively and there are no known long term side effects. A rare and temporary side effect causes drooping of the eyelid, however, this will usually fade in 2-3 weeks.
